What Is Grading Services?
Grading can be a tedious and time-consuming tasks. While not overly complicated, doing the pregarding, preparation, submission building and shipping can feel overwhelming. This is where Pokemon Wonder Grading Service can assist. Having graded thousands of cards, we have been able to optimize processes and costs thus allowing us to open these services to the public. We handle all the fuss and tedious work, while you get to enjoy the benefits of your graded cards!
How does it work?
- Ship the cards from your collection or select from our Live Stream events you wish to be graded
- We confirm receipt of your items with 24-48 hours of arrival
- You will be invoiced for grading services
- Upon payment, your cards will be pre-regarded, prepared and submitted within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment
- Tracking/status will be provided through the grading process
- Once grading is completed, cards will be confirmed and quality checked for any damage during shipping or grading process. Graded cards can then be:
- Placed into our consignment services and sold on our eBay, web front and social media platforms. See Consignment Services for more information.
- Send back to you.
What Cost & Timing Can Be Expected?
Timing
The majority of the timing is spent during the grading process and shipping which is outside of our control. Other factors such as weather, location, customs, and submission sizes also play an important factor. Our average timing from start to finish is 60-90 days. Avg breakdown is as follows:
- Shipping cards to Pokemon Wonder: 3-5 days
- Receiving & Preparing shipment for grading: 3-5 days
- Shipping to grading company: 2-4 days
- Grading Process: 60-90 (CGC) / 1 Year + (PSA) days
- Shipping back to Pokemon Wonder: 3-5 days
- Shipping back to customer: 3-5 days
Costs
Our grading costs are provided in link to the product page below depending on grading service selected. Exceptions include but are not limited to:
- Expedited services
- Cards over $250 in raw value
- Submissions over 500 cards
- International Shipping Costs

What Else Should I Know?
- Currently offering services through PSA & CGC
- There is a quantity of 10 card minimum required for cards under $250
- Cancellations can only occur before shipment to submission company. After this point, no refunds can be issued.
